fire melts snow

make the fire melt snow, that would be awesome, or have a map that is constantly raining, and fire is useless on that map, both of these things would be awesome

Yes. But Im afraid no. I have to tell you why:
In order to balance the fireball weapon it is important that it acts in the same way on any map in any situation. Its already the most akward of weapons moving between being over powered to massively underpowered quite alot, Im afraid these elements might destroy the balance....
