Here are the hats:

Gas mask
Surgical mask : kind as what they wear at a doctors or dentists.
Glasses
Pirate hat : Where would you be without one of these
Balaclava
Miners hat with light : I will explain the significance of the light later.

I like the miner hat, however I'm sorry but one of the rules of hats is that they have no game play effects at all.
So maybe a light of some form could be a weapon...(/tool)
